Ready

I use to be shy about admitting I wanted you My “Euphoria Highway” Design..Not sure how to explain this..but I love the uniqueness of this.#design. Euphoria for the hair and cosmic look of it..Highway..because of the curves of her body(plus it’s a Prince Song :)
I often crack jokes and played the independent woman role as if I was invincible and would never fall.
At this point in my life I will admit that I Yaminah Marie Stribling wants my very own dose of it!! There I said it!!

I think about trips and  vacations in my head of us traveling the world and gaining new experiences!
I see the holidays spent with our families sharing and creating new traditions.
this is in my living room as well... along with pictures of myself! The nights and days of coming home to you and laughing for no reason at all.
The prayers we share together living and achieving success while building our empire.
I think about the ups and the downs and the choice THE CHOICE!!!
We make to get through them together.
I smile knowing you choose to be here and we choose to be the best for each other.

At this point I am fighting pass my hurts and believing that this dream I share of you will be my reality. I will admit I have been wanting you for sometime now can you give me a call. This time I am foreal and ready to land not fall in your arms. (Ready for love/relationships)

Practicing Celibacy (denying FLESH TO THE FULLEST) while waiting on "The One".... :-)

Hello Ladies and Gents,

Recently I took to my facebook page to post a status asking for topic suggestions and one of my facebook friends suggested the topic of celibacy and denying the flesh.

What is Celibacy?Celibacy as defined by wikipedia is the state of being unmarried and not engaging in sexual intercourse or sexual activity until marriage.

I have to honestly say there are alot of reasons to be celibate reasons I think celibacy is a good thing to consider or practice.

Reasons to Practice Celibacy

1. If you are Christian it honors religious standards and Vows made by God.
2. You are protected from STDs and STI and things that could potentially cause great health, mental and physical harm to your body.

3. It adds value to a relationship by leaving one's partner to great expectation of the special moment it makes its special and memorable.

4. It saves on the emotional damage done by the engaging in sexual activity. Many engage in sexual and never realize that sex is the only way two people can connect on a physical level and its was a way to consummate a marriage and the forces behind the act are far stronger than imagined and when the practice is abused it can bring on pain and heart break.

5. It keeps you pure and free.

6. Its a win win win to practice celibacy because it helps preserve you internally and externally

I believe Celibacy protects and hold a relationships to a certain standard. Without sex involved two people are allowed to really connect and interact and truly make an unaltered decision on if they want to truly be together with out the lustful deceit of sexual activity creeping in to alter proper judgment. Today many relationships fail because sex comes into the mix two soon and the value of actually getting to know the person you are with for some has been or is out weighed by the desire to be sexually fulfilled. Many young girls are robbed of their innocence by engaging too soon with an individual who simply wanted to be fulfilled sexually. I agree we are sexual beings but we are also spiritual beings and that one must choose which force will have the greater strength. It use to be said too much of anything is bad but now days too little is just as bad. Because many are falling victim to the fatalities of a what is so suppose to be a act between man and wife has become for some a death sentence or a addiction.

Im Natural and My man Hates it!!

Hey Ladies,

I recently watched a video that was related to a a woman who decided to go natural and her man hated the new look. Ladies I personally have dealt with a male friend who by personal preference preferred longer relaxed hair and that is okay we are all entitled to our own opinions.

However, if a man shows more interest in your physical appearance than who you are as a person I would have to say that is a RED FLAG!!! that he is not the one.  Ladies to embrace on a journey such as this takes courage it requires you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace a new reality.

Self-Esteem and Confidence are the key ingredients in embracing the natural you. Many have suggested those who wear no weave or no makeup are considered the true Naturals but its is my opinion that being beautiful in the skin you are in and taking excellent care of the Mind, Body and Soul is what matters when trailing on this natural Journey!!

Ladies Remember some men are ignorant to what matters most and those are the ones you want to weed out and believe it or not there are some really great guys who are ready and willing to embrace and travel along with you on your Journey and that is the man after my own heart!!

FYI!! More men than you think actually prefer the natural curls, kinks, and coils. I find that more men than woman desire to touch and play in my hair so ladies no fretting there !!

I hope this inspires you that no matter what love yourself and anyone who doesn't love you past the physical is not worth the effort of the time!!

Yours Naturally,

Minah

How I feel about Black Love!

Some say that the Black man no longer desires his God given queen I say not so, My take on this issue is that a Black man can and will never be able to deny the love for His black woman and it all starts from the beginning when he exits his mothers womb a black woman is the first being to show a black man love she is the first one to answer his cries when he is a child. She is the one who teaches and has taught him how to survive so when society tries to tell us that Black men no longer love us I say not so. Now don't get me wrong love has no color I am a lover so if a Black man does find love in a nother woman of another race I can respect that but Black men you should never put down or diss what you come from that shows a sign of pure ignorance. We as a people should begin to lead by example a way to do this is to show our children that committment and real love exist among our households we need to get back to the love we had when we where being separated back in slavery.
